Yes, ByteSigner can sign multiple documents in one go. Enterprise plan can enable you to “Configure Once and Sign Always” mode i.e. Once configured, your documents will gets signed automatically.
Yes, ByteSigner supports not only DSC token but also PFX file-based signing.
For one document, few seconds. It is just you’ll have to perform some manual steps which can take 1 or 2 minutes. You can sign 1000+ documents under 1 minute.
Trail license is valid for 7 days. Once it is expired, you must purchase a license. If you need more time for evaluating the product, you can request for trail extension at presale@bytesigner.in
Both Business and Enterprise plans has 1-year validity. If you are paying AMC, we will re-activate license for you at free of charge. If AMC is not paid, reactivation charge should be paid.
ByteSigner license is valid for one installation. i.e. one machine/computer. So, as far as those users are using same machine, they can use same license. But if the users are using different computers then they will need separate licenses.
Not really but ByteSigner is supported on Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10. If you are on Windows 10, we suggest you download the app from Microsoft Store.
No, we do not copy any of your document or data anywhere. We believe you data belongs to you and that is your privacy.
Yes, you can. ByteSigner requires internet connection when activating the license and then at every 15 days to ensure that you have latest version of the product. If the internet connection is not available in 15 days then the product will stop working until you connect it back to internet.
